Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing

 

1.     GENERAL PROVISIONS

 

1.1.          This privacy and personal data processing policy regulates the procedure for processing and using personal and other data on the webWebsite of the Non-Profit Organisation “Atomic Industry Development Association Non-Profit Incorporated Organisation”, BIN 240540900043 (hereinafter referred to as the Organisation).

1.2.          The current version of this Privacy Policy is always available for review and is posted on the Internet at: https://aidanuclear.org/ By transferring personal and other data to the Organisation via the WebWebsite, the User confirms his/her consent to the use of the said data under the conditions set forth in this Privacy Policy.

1.3.          If the User does not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, he/she is obliged to stop using the Website. The unconditional acceptance of this Privacy Policy is the beginning of the User’s use of the Website.

1.4.Terms used:

1.4.1.     WebWebsite – a webWebsite located on the Internet at the addresshttps://aidanuclear.org/
All exclusive rights to the webWebsite and its individual elements (including design) belong to the Organisation in full. The transfer of exclusive rights to the User is not the subject of this Privacy Policy.

1.4.2.     User – a person using the webWebsite.

1.4.3.     Legislation – the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

1.4.4.     Personal data — personal data of the User that the User provides independently upon registration or in the process of using the functionality of the WebWebsite.

1.4.5.     Data — other data about the User (not included in the concept of Personal Data).

1.4.6.     Registration – filling out by the User of the Registration form located on the WebWebsite by indicating the required information and sending scanned documents.

1.4.7.     Registration form – a form located on the Website that the User must fill out in order to be able to use the WebWebsite in full.

1.4.8.     Service(s) – services provided by the Organisation on the basis of an agreement.



2. COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

2.1. In the course of its activities, the Organisation collects, processes

and stores the following Personal Data of the User:

  Surname, first name, patronymic (including previous ones).

Passport data or data of another identity document (series,

number, date of issue, name of the authority that issued the document).

Residential address (in accordance with the identity document, and

actual) and date of registration at the place of residence or at the place of stay

Phone numbers (mobile, home, work), email address.

Place of work details.

Bank card numbers for payments using payment cards.

Photo and video images.

2.2. Personal data may be used for the following purposes:

2.2.1 provision of Services to the User;

2.2.2 User identification;

2.2.3 interaction with the User;

2.2.4 sending advertising materials, information and requests to the User;

2.2.5 conducting statistical and other studies;

2.3. The User is prohibited from indicating personal data of third parties on the Website (except for the condition of representing the interests of these persons, having documentary confirmation from third parties to carry out such actions).



3. PROCEDURE FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL AND OTHER DATA


3.1. The Organisation undertakes to use Personal Data in accordance with the Law “On Personal Data and their Protection” of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the internal documents of the Organisation.

3.2. The confidentiality of Personal Data and other User Data is maintained, except in cases where the said data is publicly available.

3.3. The Organisation has the right to keep an archive copy of Personal Data.
The Organisation has the right to store Personal Data.

3.4. The Organisation has the right to transfer Personal Data and User Data without the User’s consent to the following persons:

3.4.1 state bodies, including inquiry and investigation bodies, and local government bodies upon their reasoned request;

3.4.2 in other cases expressly provided for by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3.5. The Organisation has the right to transfer Personal Data and Data to third parties not specified in paragraph 3.4. of this Privacy Policy in the following cases:

3.5.1 The User has expressed his consent to such actions;

3.5.2 the transfer is necessary within the framework of the User’s use of the Website or the provision of Services to the User;

3.6. The Organisation carries out automated processing of Personal data and Data.


4. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

 

4.1. The Organisation shall ensure proper protection of Personal and other data in accordance with the Legislation and shall take necessary and sufficient Organisational and technical measures to protect Personal data.

4.2. The applied security measures, among other things, make it possible to protect Personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions with them by third parties.


5. OTHER PROVISIONS


5.1. This Privacy Policy and the relations between the User and the Organisation arising in connection with the application of the Privacy Policy shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5.2. All possible disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation at the place of registration of the Organisation. Before going to court, the User must comply with the mandatory pre-trial procedure and send the Organisation a corresponding claim in writing. The response period to the claim is 30 (thirty) business days.

5.3. If for any reason one or more provisions of the Privacy Policy are deemed invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity or applicability of the remaining provisions of the Privacy Policy.

5.4. The Organisation has the right to change the Privacy Policy (in whole or in part) unilaterally at any time without prior agreement with the User. All changes come into force from the moment they are posted on the Website.
