On November 29, 2024, the Atomic Industry Development Association (AIDA) participated in the I Summit of Green Parties “ARAL-2024” in Turkestan, Kazakhstan.

The Summit brought together green parties, environmental activists, experts, and government officials to discuss key environmental challenges, the role of green parties and public sector actions in addressing them.

🔷 Aldiyar Toktarov, Chairman of AIDA, delivered a presentation titled: “The Nuclear Industry as a System of Environmental Partnership in Central Asia.”

A highlight of the Summit was the signing of a memorandum of cooperation between the green parties of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Russia, and Mongolia.

🔷 It is crucial that the nuclear industry has begun its representation within ecological movements in the region, and it is equally important to highlight the revolutionary recognition of the nuclear industry by Green parties.
